Does it work on every phone?
Every iPhone XR or newer and every Android with NFC — which is nearly every phone released after 2018. For older devices, there's a QR code on the back as a fallback.

Do I need an app?
Never. The card opens a standard web URL. Your profile loads in their browser in under a second — no install required, for either of you.

What if I change jobs or update my info?
Update your profile from your dashboard. The physical card never changes. Unlimited updates are included in your subscription at no extra cost.

How long does shipping take?
Standard cards ship across the UAE in 48 hours, free. Custom designs take an additional 3–5 business days for production.

Can I add my whole team?
Yes. Our Teams plan gives each member their own card with shared brand identity and centralised admin analytics. Contact us for volume pricing.

Is the card durable?
Premium PVC and aluminium finish cards are rated for 100,000+ NFC taps. We include a lifetime NFC chip warranty — if it fails, we replace it.
